The credit union recently completed a system upgrade—updating the way we manage accounts and process transactions.  We too updated our online and mobile banking platforms, bill payer services, and added instant issue card services.  The investment in our infrastructure was to enable stronger security measures and ironically enough, provide greater convenience to you, the member.  We apologize for extended ‘on-hold’ times through our contact center, in-branch wait times, and general life disruption.  Our intentions are always motivated by our membership.

 Alternatives to assist:

 All online banking users must enroll as a new user.  We have helpful tutorials on our website and you can view them here.

  • Besides the Pinal Branch, you can visit the Loan Center @ 958 E. Rodeo Road to complete a loan application or gain assistance with your online banking account.
  • Bring your mobile device, tablet, or laptop and we can help you on your device! 
  • If you are looking to make a transaction, the credit union participates in CO-OP’s Shared Branching Network.  Click here to find a participating credit union near you.
  • If you want to check your balance or make a transfer, you can either call our Audio Response System at 520.421.0687 or use your new mobile banking account.
